SC/PT™ offers a unique and advanced personal training service that was created for people who want to achieve and exceed their goals for health, fitness or wellness.

Shannon will work with you in a fun, dynamic and motivating way to challenge and help you achieve your goals. He firmly believes that achieving your goals is as simple as: DECISIONS. ACTIONS. RESULTS.

Shannon assures all his clients who join this premium PT service, that he is with them every step of the way. The SC/PT™ personal training service includes:

  • An initial consultation including assessment and goal setting
  • Bespoke training programs that use the SC/PT™ Fitness System, incorporating both elite 60-minute one-to-one sessions and high-impact training workouts for between sessions
  • Focused up-to-date nutritional guidance and educational information
  • Lifestyle coaching and motivational training to develop psychological strength, break-through mental barriers, increase emotional awareness and achieve a more balanced approach to life
  • Exclusive support with direct access to Shannon via phone, text and email.

Before you start your personal training sessions, it is highly recommended that you undertake a consultation and assessment session. This session will cover:

  • An initial client/trainer meeting
  • Completion of a health and lifestyle questionnaire
  • A discussion around any underlying health or medical issues
  • A fitness assessment to gather information about the client’s current health status
  • A goal setting process to define what the client wants to achieve
  • The design of a tailor-made training program
  • A commitment from the client to the training plan.

You can choose to purchase sessions, packages or pay monthly (no membership fee) and, while it is recommended you commit to at least three sessions a week, Shannon is realistic about how day-to-day demands can impact on your schedule.

Private Sessions (All sessions are 60 minutes in duration)

Consultation and assessment – £150

1 session – £120
5 sessions (Bronze) – £550 (only £110 per session)
10 sessions (Silver) – £1000 (only £100 per session)
20 sessions (Gold) – £1900 (only £95 per session)

Duet Sessions

All sales are final. Each set of sessions expires three months from date of purchase.
